Update of Recon 2 to Recon 2.02, 08.08.2013

Recon2.02 replaces the previously provided smbl files (Recon2.0 and Recon2.01). 
Recon 2.02 fixes some proton unbalancing that was present in the Recon2.0 sgml file but not in the database version (e.g.,).
Recon2.02 also fixes some issues with the GPRs that have been introduced in Recon2.01 (only distributed via the biomodels database).
The Recon2.02 .sbml and .mat is consistent with the humanmetabolism.org content.
