This repository contains the input files used for performing the gene regulatory network (GRN) analysis in the GRN.zip file. The directory named "figures" contain figures produced using the script provided in the corresponding gitlab repo (https://gitlab.lcsb.uni.lu/bds/thy_tau22_scrnaseq/).
